- What's included in DDITA management?
- Every plan includes initial provisioning, user onboarding, ongoing licence management, and support. You never have to deal with vendors directly.
- How does billing work?
- You receive a single monthly invoice from DDITA covering all licences and management fees. No separate vendor bills.
- Can I add or remove users mid-month?
- Yes. Licences are adjusted monthly. We prorate additions and remove unused licences at the end of the billing period.
