Idris Frederick is a certified network and security engineer with hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing IT infrastructure for businesses across industries. With deep expertise in Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, Microsoft Azure, and structured cabling, Idris built DDITA to deliver the kind of end-to-end IT support that most small and mid-sized businesses never get access to.
Before founding DDITA, Idris worked across enterprise environments where he saw firsthand how the right infrastructure — properly designed and actively managed — transforms how a business operates.
